Dear Bobby:

I just can’t thank you enough for coming out and entertaining the masses at our Relay for Life. Everyone kept saying the same thing over and over and over- this is the best band that we have ever had at the Relay!

You may have heard that we were the largest Relay in the country, raising almost 1 million dollars for cancer research, prevention, and patient services. We all realize that you could have had a paying gig that night, and we really appreciate your willingness to donate your time and talent to the cause. It was a truly generous act on the part of each of you.

As you know, many of those who participate in this event have spent countless hours on fundraising during the months leading up to the event. It’s very rewarding to be able to offer them such energetic top-notch professional entertainment.
